All pricing that will be mentioned is final unless otherwise revised by Alvin Coleman, Jr. Each individual entity will be elaborated on as in description & pricing.

If in fact a 1-rate cost is negotiated by Alvin Coleman, Jr. & client, the prices mentioned below are drastically different in total BUT this will cause for payment to be made in full or @ the least amount a 60% deposit of the negotiated price; 60 days are allotted on 1-rate cost after submission of proposal & therefore where after a 15% increase is accrued onto the asking total of the said price of the 1-rate cost ………………..(payments CANNOT be made toward 60% of start)
STUDIO TIME is $45 per hour (a minimum of 3hrs. is required if this rate is purchased by client); the minimum MUST be paid in advance & all time that is used after 3hr. minimum is required @ end of session; if payment is not made by end of session, no music, tapes, or cd’s of any kind will be released until payment is made; If payment is not made within 48hrs. after session has ended, a fee on top of studio time balance of $135 will be required before music of any kind will & can be released by Alcarr Productions Studios (that’s the cost of 3hrs.)
---- A 10hr. BLOCK is also available; for this to be acquired the client MUST pay the amount of the block rate agreed upon @ least 48hrs. In advance (some cases may require payment earlier to hold a spot in Alcarr Production Studios). The cost of 1 block is $400. This block may be split into a maximum of 3 days…. If 2 blocks are purchased, cost is $800…; if 3 blocks are purchased, cost is $1150…; if 4 blocks are purchased, cost is $1500; if 5 blocks are purchased, cost is $1750; if more blocks are purchased, the pricing will be negotiable by Alcarr Productions Studios; AGAIN, all blocks, regardless to the amount, MUST be paid 48hrs. in advance……….(no exceptions) ps. If time has been booked by client & client can’t meet the date, a call to Alvin Coleman, Jr. by the time of 24hrs. before scheduled booking is required to make Alcarr Productions Studios aware of client not being able to meet appointment; if no call &/or no show, 3hrs will be owed by client ($135) or if client has block time, 3hrs. will be deducted current time…….(no exceptions)
--MIXING @ Alcarr Productions Studios, done by Engineer @ Alcarr Productions is @ a cost of $300 per mix; THIS FEE is “ONLY” effective when Alcarr Productions Studios has been used for the recording of particular project; STUDIO TIME is not required when mixes are done by Alvin Coleman, Jr. for Alcarr Productions Studios; if mixes are done by anyone else other than Alvin Coleman, Jr. but Alcarr Productions Studios is being used for mixing, STUDIO TIME is required by client…………. (If changes are requested in mixes by client, & there has been no extra music or vocal additions, there is NO charge for new mixes if done by Alvin Coleman, Jr.) “If studio is/was not used”, then Mixing cost are $450 per mix…… (IF LIVE DRUMS ARE RECORDED IN EITHER INSTANCE, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $100 CHARGE FOR DIGITAL EDITING REQUIRED FPR COMPLETE & SATISFACTORY MIXES)…………
--MASTERING @ Alcarr Productions Studios will cost a client $35 per id#.................. (If changes are requested in masters by client, there is no charge for new master)
--PLAYING ON SONG by Alvin Coleman, Jr. is $50 PER SONG for 1 instrument/sound to be played; 2 or more instruments/sounds played by Alvin Coleman, Jr. is @ a cost of $100 per………………….. (No exceptions)
--LIVE STRING/HORN ARRANGEMENTS by Alvin Coleman, Jr. are @ a cost of $300 PER SONG. IF A PROJECT IS BEING PRODUCED BY ALVIN COLEMAN, JR. ARRANGEMENTS NOT CHARGED TO CLIENT…….
--CD’s made @ Alcarr Productions Studios after each session or in any case that a cd is needed is $3 per after the 1st 2 cd’s are made (1st 2 cd’s are always free)
—Cover Tunes (songs that are already recorded & published) can also be recreated by Alvin Coleman, Jr. @ Alcarr Productions Studios @ a cost of $250 per for Studio time used, recreating the tune, & burning a cd with 1 version without original vocals & 1 with original vocals if a cd is availed for Alvin Coleman, Jr. to go by……….
—TRACKS &/or PRODUCING done by Alvin Coleman, Jr. is discussed on meeting bases; therefore pricing for this will not be included on this sheet provided by Alcarr Productions Studios….
